Welcome to Ausome Autism Resources. By using ausomeautism.com, creating an account, downloading freebies, or purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products license

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal / classroom license to download and print the files for your own use or for students you teach. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to sharing sites, or claim the designs as your own.

Freebies

Free resources require an account. Each account may download up to 3 free resources per calendar day. Favorites do not count toward this limit. Purchased products never count toward the free limit. Limits reset at the start of the next calendar day (site timezone).

Accounts & cart

You must keep login credentials secure. Cart, checkout, favorites, free downloads, and purchase history require a logged-in account.

Payments

Paid orders are processed by WooCommerce and PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. PayPal’s terms also apply to payment processing.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by download through your account after payment completes.

Refunds

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If a file is defective or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number.

Intellectual property

All site content, worksheets, and branding remain our property except where otherwise noted.

Disclaimer

Resources are educational supports and are not medical, diagnostic, or therapy advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or downloads.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
